BYOME is provided by Shanghai Guangyin Zhinian Technology Co., Ltd. It helps you record, revisit, organize and create. Please respect others’ rights and understand how AI content and data processing work.
Current test service
BYOME is currently available through TestFlight and has not formally launched. Features and available counts are shown in the app and may change during testing. You can still manage, export and delete your data as described in the privacy notice. We will update these terms as the service changes.
Your content and responsibilities
Only enter content you have the right to use, and avoid submitting another person’s sensitive information. Do not use BYOME to generate, save or publish content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, misleading, hateful, violent or harmful.
AI content and real-world judgment
AI content can offer another perspective, but may be wrong or differ from how you feel. You decide whether to use it; base real-life decisions on facts.
For medical, mental health, legal, financial, or urgent safety matters, rely on qualified professionals, real-world evidence, and local emergency services. BYOME responses are not a replacement for those supports.
Optional third-party processing
Some features need third-party data processing. We send necessary data only when the feature is available and within the scope of your explicit consent. Automatic organization may process subsequent new records after you agree once, without asking for each record.
You can choose not to use these features. See the privacy notice and the disclosure before use for data purposes, processing regions, retention and deletion.
The Chinese mainland and international services are separate, with no automatic sync of accounts or content. Data processing follows your chosen service region, not your interface language.
Use your own voice
Personal voice is only for recording and cloning your own voice. Do not clone another person’s voice, impersonate someone, or use synthetic speech for deception, harassment, infringement or other unlawful activity. Report misuse to support@byome.online.
Export, sharing and deletion
You can export data or delete records, works and your account. Deleting source records keeps completed creative works; deleting a work keeps its source records. Stopping sharing or deleting a work or account disables the relevant public link, but cannot recall downloaded or forwarded copies. See the privacy notice for details.
